Scaling and Growing Women led Businesses through Capacity Building, Leadership and Capital Raising within a Vibrant Business Community.
The Zahara Women program is a leadership and business management capacity building program for Women owned / led businesses in Kenya and Uganda. The program is offered by TBN in partnership with AFAWA Initiative of the African Development Bank.
The program is designed to help Women owned / led businesses to scale and grow, and to become more investor-ready. The program will provide participants with training in leadership, business management, finance, marketing, and strategy. Participants will also have the opportunity to network with other women entrepreneurs and to receive one-on-one coaching.
The program is open to Women owned / led businesses that have been in operation for at least 3 years and have annual revenues of $40,000 USD-100,000 USD. The program will be delivered both in person and online, and will run for 6 months.
